i think they  should be only alowed to members

this is  in reply to ideas:  we shoild alow certin groups as voted on by members to stay fee free when it is more then once a month. unless they make monies from the usage... we should post the usage price on the web page

We reviewed the process for Hall Rentals both for the members and for the general public at our last meeting. We have been working this for about 4 months and have come up a policy and rates posted under Forms  (ref Hall Rental) you should notice it was just put there today. Members and public do have the opportunity to request reduced fees with a justification.  Thanks again.

that is great gonna have to make meetings again, then i wont be behind the eightball next time..

can we some how move the policy and rates posted under Forms (ref Hall Rental) to home page or the main blue part. it is gonna be hard for the GP to find.
